I highly recommend getting support from Ruthann if you are a parent who is venturing into the world of EC. When I was getting overwhelmed with how to get the EC ball rolling with my son she was there to give me some grounding. She helped me navigate my feelings and asked me questions that prompted me to really consider why I wanted to do this.
