As I look back on the past 20 months since we began toilet training with our daughter, I would never have imagined things to have gone this smoothly. And I would never have dreamed of beginning the process when she had just turned 2. We were very intimidated and largely in denial about potty training and hadn’t the foggiest clue how to go about it.

Then came Ruthann with as much certainty and reassurance as we needed to take the plunge. With her guidance, support, steady communication and customized research and knowledge, we surpassed any expectations about potty training and as my husband says simply, “she’s a godsend.”

Her kind and insightful advice met us at whatever stage we were in. In fact, our daughter turned out to be more ready than we were, so what was really needed was good parental support, rigorous confidence boosting and normalization of all of the fears, woes and setbacks that were unknown to us but very well understood by Ruthann.
